We hear this statement all the time. “I want to start CrossFit but I need to get into shape first”.
First off, the same people that think this way, never actually get into shape. Why? They don’t know how. They don’t know where to start. They don’t have a guide. Going to the gym by yourself is ZERO fun.
Blows my mind every time! CrossFit is what we do to get into shape. Not only will you get into shape much faster but you will also do it safely and will have fun doing it.
Here is why you don’t have to be in shape to start CrossFit:
1. Coaches are trained to modify all workouts according to individual fitness levels. It doesn’t matter if you are 80 years old or an athlete getting ready for your season. My oldest client was 82 years old and we were still able to improve her health and quality of life.
Our coaches can make the appropriate adjustments to keep everyone safe and still create positive change through the body.
2. We design your workout routine for you. We take all the guesswork out of it. You don’t have to learn how to use machines, or which muscle groups to work on which day.
All you have to do is show up. Our program is proven. Just ask another person that has been involved in our program.
3. We don’t just teach you how to exercise properly, we will also teach you how to eat properly. When it comes to improving health and fitness, nothing beats healthy eating habits.
Once again, we will take the guesswork out of it. We simplify nutrition. We start by making small healthy habit changes. Then we will dial in numbers specifically for your goals.
And don’t worry, this doesn’t mean cutting EVERYTHING out of your diet and living off of chicken and asparagus for the rest of your lives. We will customize your meals so that you enjoy them and also see the results you want.
